Privacy Policy

This page explains what personal data is collected when you submit an enquiry form on this website, Facebook or Instagram, what it is used for, and the choices you have. It is written to meet the requirements of Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

Who collects your data

Your data is collected by Quek Ngee Wei, a licensed salesperson registered with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA Reg. No. R051210B) under PropNex Realty Pte Ltd (Licence No. L3008022J).

Marketing and enquiry handling are carried out on her behalf by Home Field, acting as a data intermediary. Home Field processes your data only for the purposes set out below, and only on Ngee Wei's instructions.

What is collected

Your name, mobile number and email address. On Facebook or Instagram, these may be pre-filled from your account.
Your answers to the form questions: what you own right now, which number you want worked out, when you are thinking of moving, and the best time to call. These are picked from a list. The form does not ask for your address, your loan, your CPF or any figure.
The date and time you ticked the consent box.
Notes from the session itself, if you go on to have one, based on whatever figures you choose to bring.

No identity numbers, financial account details or documents are collected through the form.

Why it is collected

To contact you and arrange your free 45-minute session.
To prepare for it, so the numbers worked through are relevant to your situation.
To follow up on that session if you want the conversation to continue.
To keep a record of your consent and of our contact with you, as compliance requires.

Your data is not used for anything else. It is not sold, rented or traded.

Your consent, and how to withdraw it

Ngee Wei calls or texts you only because you ticked the consent box on the form. That tick is the sole basis on which we contact you.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. Reply STOP to any text from us, say so on the call, or email the address at the bottom of this page. Withdrawal takes effect as soon as it is processed, and we will stop contacting you.

Withdrawing consent does not affect anything lawfully done before you withdrew it.

Who your data is shared with

Quek Ngee Wei and PropNex Realty, so that she can advise you.
Meta Platforms, when you submit a Facebook or Instagram form. Meta's own handling of your data is governed by its privacy policy.
Service providers used by Home Field to securely deliver your enquiry to the campaign team. They process it only for that purpose.
Nobody else, unless we are required to disclose by law.

How long it is kept

Enquiry records are kept while your enquiry is live, and for as long as we are required to keep them for legal and record-keeping reasons. If you go quiet and there has been no contact for 12 months, the record is deleted or stripped of anything that identifies you. A record that you withdrew consent is kept, so that we can keep honouring it.

How it is protected

Access is limited to Ngee Wei and the Home Field personnel handling enquiries. Data is held in access-controlled systems, and it is not copied into shared spreadsheets or passed around. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may ask to:

see the personal data we hold about you, and how it has been used;
correct anything that is wrong or incomplete;
withdraw your consent to being contacted.

Use the contact below. We will respond within a reasonable time. There may be a reasonable fee for an access request, and we will tell you about it before we proceed.

Do Not Call Registry

Where you have given clear and unambiguous consent in writing, as you do by ticking the consent box on the form, we may contact you about the session even if your number is listed on the Singapore Do Not Call Registry. Withdrawing your consent overrides this at any time.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
